If we haven't already met, my name is Jordan Templeton.

I've been writing professionally (a.k.a. for pay) since I was 11 years old, when I landed a gig with the local newspaper, covering middle school sports events.

Throughout high school & college, I continued down the journalism track, eventually becoming first managing editor then editor-in-chief of the student newspaper at Emporia State University in Emporia, KS.

Ultimately, I lead my staff to win more awards than any other staff before or since, two years in a row, from 2011-2013. 

When I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Creative Writing in 2013, I began freelance consulting in  small-press publication design & editing, while I worked toward my Master's Degree in Persuasive Writing.

(Fun fact: During this time, I also taught Freshman Composition & Intro to Creative Writing as a Graduate Instructor & Adjunct Professor.)

By 2016, I'd made the move into online sales & marketing, & I've been writing kickass copy + content for soul-inspired SMBs & entrepreneurs ever since.
